Choosing the perfect cookware for yourself isn’t easy anymore as you are now bombarded with so many options in materials, size, style, and so on. It can become quite overwhelming to choose a cookware for yourself and if you make the wrong choice, you would end up with burnt or uncooked food.
So, it is quite important that you take several factors into careful consideration before you proceed with the buying of pots and pans for your kitchen.
Here are a few basic factors that one must consider when buying cookware for themselves:
The first thing to consider when you are buying a cookware is that how quickly it reacts to heat. You want a cookware which is made of a material that is heat conductive, which means it should be a good conductor of heat. This will ensure that your food is cooked properly and evenly.
Copper is said to a good conductor of heat whereas stainless steel is not a good conductor but this also means that copper will react more quickly to temperature changes which would be a disaster if you are cooking a fragile dish.
So, make sure you choose the right material cookware for your kitchen.
The next thing to consider is your budget. Determine how much you are willing to pay and then look for the best cookware in this range. It is always best to buy the high-quality cookware that fits your budget.
Some cookware tends to last longer than other cookware due to their durable material, like stainless steel. So, if you are looking to buy a cookware that holds its good looks for a long time and won’t get damaged soon, you will need to choose the right material for that.
One of the most important things to consider when buying a cookware is the material used in its construction. You don’t want a cookware whose material will react with your food and you will end up ingesting it. You want a cookware which is less reactive with your food items. For example, Aluminum is highly reactive with acidic dishes which means that you shouldn’t make any dish which involves tomato or lemon in it. So, make sure that you learn about different materials’ reactivity and then make a decision.
Another thing to consider would be the maintenance of your cookware. If you want something which will be easy to maintain and won’t require a lot of effort in cleaning, then go for stainless steel cookware. However, if you don’t mind the high maintenance and would like to buy the best heating cookware, then go for copper or cast iron cookware.
The last, but not the least, you need to consider what all cookware pieces do you need and then buy it accordingly. A lot of times a cookware set will be more reasonably priced than buying individual pieces but if you are not going to use all the items in the set, then you are just wasting your money.

Pan-Fried Chicken Breast is the most wonderful, tendered and moist chicken dish. I have made this dish by using little extra-virgin olive oil and then flavored with bell pepper and sweet corns. A beautiful and crispy pan-fried chicken breast is served with a poached egg. Trust me, it is a healthy version of chicken with complete nutritional values.

Can you make s’mores in the microwave? Oh heck yeah, you can! And they are actually faster and way less messy than traditional s’mores. If you are looking for that charred marshmallow taste though, you may want to bust out the kitchen torch. With all the melty, chocolatey gloriousness, you probably won’t have time to miss anything. 🙂
1. Split a 4 up graham cracker in half. Set one-half aside.
2. Layer the cracker, then chocolate, and a big marshmallow on a plate. Do more at a time if you’d like.
3. Microwave for 12-15 seconds.
4. Push the other half on top and smooth the marshmallow.
